FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How long have your photographers been shooting? Some for over 20 years, most of us have been published.

Why should we hire you or professionals? Because we deliver a higher quality professional product and we can consistently shoot at a higher frequency. Plus your friend/relative isn't going to spend 20-40 hours behind the computer for you, and to put it bluntly, we most likely will shoot better.

Which areas do you cover? Spain, New York/Philadelphia Metro areas, Washington D.C. areas, Delaware/Maryland.

Why don't you have a set number of images per package like other photographers? Some conditions may allow 500 shots, some 1000 or more. The bottom line is you'll have a ton of shots and you can keep all of them. If you need extra copies for parents it's free. Just remember we retain the copyrights.

When do we pay you? When you sign the agreement we ask for a 50% deposit. The balance will be due upon delivery of the images, which will take 2-3 weeks.

What equipment do you use? Professional equipment, but as a side note please understand it is not the equipment that matters so much, it's the person behind it. We simply choose good equipment for easy of use, durability and large selection of accessories.

How about albums? We use reputable companies. The package prices DO NOT include albums because of the large number of choices. Prices vary a great deal. Best way is to sit with us and discuss it.

What is the turn around time on the albums? Depends on the company, some 2-4 weeks, some 3 months.

How many photographers will be at the shoot? Two.
